LCSS Back-to-School Checklist (FY 2027)
Complete these required steps before the 2026–2027 school year begins on August 5, 2026.
Step 1: Mandatory Infinite Campus Annual Update
This digital process replaces paper forms and takes about 10 minutes. It is for returning students only.
Gather Details: Have phone numbers, emails, emergency contacts, medications, and transportation modes ready.
Log In: Go to
lincolncountyschools.org, click Parents, then Infinite Campus Portal.

Navigate: Click More in the left menu, then select Online Registration.
Begin Update: Select Existing Student Annual Update and click Start.
Review & Save: Verify Household, Guardian, and Emergency Contact sections.
Sign Agreements: Review medical details, transportation, the Student Handbook, and the Network Agreement.
Submit: Complete the steps for all highlighted students, sign digitally, and click Submit.
Step 2: Georgia Health & Immunization Forms
Georgia law requires an up-to-date Form 3231 for all public school students unless a valid exemption is filed.
Check Vaccine Baseline: Ensure your child is current on routine vaccines (Hepatitis A/B, MMR, Polio, Varicella, etc.).
7th Grade Mandate: Verify proof of the Tdap booster and MCV4 (Meningitis) vaccine.
11th Grade Mandate: Verify proof of the MCV4 (Meningitis) booster (required if the first dose was before age 16).
Schedule Appointment: Contact your Primary Care Physician or the Lincoln County Health Department at (706) 359-3154 to complete Form 3231.
Step 3: Student-Athlete DragonFly Registration
Mandatory for ALL student-athletes before participating in sports, summer conditioning, or Summer Ball.
Log In / Sign Up: Access your family profile via the DragonFly website or mobile app.
Select 2026-2027: Make sure you are completing forms specifically for the 26-27 school year.
Upload Medicals: Complete electronic medical history, insurance details, and emergency contact fields.
Submit Physical: Upload a digital copy of your child's current pre-participation physical examination.
Verify Status: Ensure the status shows complete/approved before your athlete attends practice.
